Shakti Yoga

Shakti Yoga has many different explanations over the internet so here we are gonna state some of them :

Yoga embraces several components of health and fitness, including flexibility, breathing techniques, core training, balance and strength. Shakti refers to divine energy and a Hindu goddess.

The practice of Shakti yoga centers on the sun salutation pose, or Surya Namaskar. During Shakti yoga, you work with your inner energy and power while doing various poses and breathing exercises.

The word “Yoga Shakti” essentially means, “that which brings you to reality”. Literally, it means “union.” Union means it brings you to the ultimate reality, where individual manifestations of life are surface bubbles in the process of creation.

Right now, a coconut tree and a mango tree have popped up from the same earth. From the same earth, the human body and so many creatures have popped up. It is all the same earth.

Yoga means to move towards an experiential reality where one knows the ultimate nature of the existence, the way it is made.

Understanding Shakti the Power within you enlightened via Yoga Shakti

Shakti in Yoga Shakti means power, strength, or might. According to legend, Shakti is often portrayed as a woman, often portrayed as the goddess, Devi, the divine queen and the divine god Shiva.

Traditionally, according to Indian culture - as well as Taoism (where they call Shakti “chi” or “qi”), Shakti is a term given to the basic creative powers that characterize and gives power to universe.

Shakti in yoga shakti is considered to be the source of both material and physical strength, as well as everything else. Yoga shakti dance is a universal dance.

Yoga Shakti teaches that your shakti which is your inner power is the most powerful force in the universe.

And yet, there is a feature of Shakti that remains hidden until awakened by yoga or in some other way: Shakti especially controls our spiritual evolution.

This feature of Shakti - sometimes called Antar Shakti (literally, inside Shakti, meaning Shakti's feature that directly opens the inner world of meditation), Yoga Shakti (because it opens the state of unity, or yoga, between body, mind and Spirit), or Kundalini - the secret energy that transforms your consciousness and opens the doors to your soul.

Development of Self via Yoga Shakti

A child's development from infancy to adulthood is regulated by biological processes, but is done through nutrition, sunlight, and exercise and other natural forces.

In spiritual growth, that same life works to transform and transform your knowledge of who you are, your life goals and priorities, and how you relate to others and the world.

Yoga enhances your ability to penetrate into subtle presence. It strengthens you to hold high energy waves. It stimulates a yearning for truth, expresses unfamiliar feelings, eliminates trauma, and speeds up your perceptive powers.

Spiritual growth is natural, just as physical growth progresses, but it also requires the right elements: awareness, meditation, self-reflection, a supportive cultural environment, and a determination to do what we call “inner work. ”

Effort is required - use it or lose it working on the skeletal muscle just as it does on the muscles and cells of the brain.

But here is the gift: Once your inner Shakti has manifested itself — and most of us hear Shakti for the first time during asana or meditation — you will literally give strength to any practice, and lend it strength.

That means any practice - asana, meditation, creative project, your somatic medical work, or your medical plan.

This is where spiritual and artistic growth is most rapidly. And that's why learning to get your own Shakti changes lives.

Yoga Shakti Empowerment Process

If you want to get a quick feel for Shakti's presence, try one of these four processes:

1. Hold your hands two or three inches apart and feel the force between them. Move your hands within a few inches, keeping the sense of power connected.

When you lose contact, move your hands until you feel the force between them again.

2. Bring your attention to your heart. Inhale and exhale with the feeling that your breath is moving through the heart and out of the back of the body.

Recognize the hidden power behind you, supporting you like a backrest. Let it take support of that power, as if relying on it. Feel like energy is coming out around you on all sides.

With long, slow breathing, breathe energy into any areas of your body that feel tight or tight. Know that Shakti is breathing.

3. Know the area below the spine. Feel the presence of a mysterious energy channel running through the center of your body from the base to the crown of the head.

With a sigh, pay attention to your flow from the base of the spine to the heart, and from the heart to the head, and then back again. Know the accumulation of energy that flows through this internal channel.

You may feel an extension, itching, or a hidden electric sensation. Also, know that this feeling is Shakti.

4. As you practice your asana habit, bring your attention to the flow of your spirit. Kindly show your focus on the center of the body, a subtle channel that runs from the bottom of the spine to the heart.

As you get used to it, you can see subtle physical pressures or dynamics - tremors, feelings of increase, heat, sensation of light or weight, and even heartbeat.

It is not uncommon for you to notice emotions in Savasana (Corpse Pose) because it is easy to see the hidden power when you are standing.
